Terry’s passion for agriculture and the farming industry has always been there, but it was when returning to his family farm that he found his calling. Terry has always loved working in agriculture, as well as with the people involved. In 2008, this led him to start Sure Growth Solutions Inc. which continues to provide professional agronomy consulting services. Terry is now in the fortunate position of leading a passionate, multi-talented team to help grow his family farm. He is committed to pursuing innovation and strives to influence progressive modern agriculture through his work with Aberhart Farms, Sure Growth Solutions, Convergence Growth and Aberhart Ag Solutions. Afterall, the farm motto, “”Growing Our Future”” is guided by the core values of innovation, family, passion, culture, and sustainability for the future.
Terry thrives on being an active member of his community. From working alongside his farm team, to building a culture supported by family and friends that future generations can grow up in! He also enjoys time spent at home with Lichelle and their children, helping those in need, travelling around the world, summer lake days and snowboarding down mountainsides where it’s just him against nature, completely in his element.
