Jenna Sarich is the Technical Consultant and Analyst for the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef. She received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Saskatchewan, studying and publishing on the impact of ergot alkaloids on the ruminal function, health, welfare and performance of feedlot cattle. Her family farms near Craik, SK and she has a diverse array of livestock and science communication experience
